Attunda Sot & Vent is now looking for someone who has worked extensively with tasks related to OVK and wants to take the next step to become a certified OVK inspector. Here you have the opportunity to build on your skills while becoming an important part of a smaller, experienced team that cares about indoor climate, energy efficiency, and health.

Attunda Sot & Vent operates throughout the Stockholm area, based in Arlandastad, near Märsta. In this role, you will prepare, plan, and conduct OVK inspections together with experienced colleagues, and eventually take responsibility as a certified inspector. You will have access to modern equipment, such as tracer gas, and training if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in and eventually conduct OVK inspections in various types of properties.
Use technical equipment for measurements, including tracer gas (training provided if needed).
Prepare OVK protocols and provide recommendations for improved indoor environment and energy efficiency.
Collaborate with property owners, managers, and technical contacts.
Work independently in the field, but always with close support from experienced colleagues.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, self-driven, and wants to continue developing in ventilation and OVK. You have extensive experience in the ventilation industry, are confident in your professional role, and see the value in contributing to a better indoor climate.

We would like you to:

Have at least 6 years of documented experience in OVK-related tasks (requirement).
Have the ambition to become a certified OVK inspector – we will support you in the process.
Be familiar with digital tools and have broad knowledge in ventilation technology or property inspection.
Have a valid driver's license (requirement).
It is an advantage if you can address minor deficiencies directly on-site, such as in ventilation cleaning or technical property service.

Additional Information

Start: By agreement.
Scope: Full-time.
Working hours: Weekdays, 07:00–16:00.
Location: Arlandastad, about a 15-minute walk from Märsta train station.
